True. Panic selling will kill the PPS and all will be selling right into those gd shorts covering. Until the value is 0001.
The thing about that is that Jervis took 400,000,000 million in common shares then quickly ordered a r/s, who does that and why? Those common shares are subject to the same r/s so the value dropping to .0001 does not benefit anyone here as value of: 800 x .0001= .08 is what they will get after the r/s with o/s of 941,250 shares.
The filing cited something about creating an attractive share structure to raise funds. IMO that makes this stock unattractive for trading. So wtf? Why create such a rediculous SS and bring the stock down to start at .08? It could go lower from there still as the market has no idea of the value of anything obtained here. There is either more to the story or this just became a very long hold as the company will have screwed the pooch.
