Speedy, you may recall the amended merger of MPIX

Speedy, you may recall the amended merger of MPIX and emaxmedia group? I'm of the opinion that this was in part a requirement to keep MPIX free and clear from EMXC. You probably know that it was a deal to own one share of MPIX for 32 shares of EMXC. The very fact that ROX didn't pay any dividends due to shareholders over many years with different mergers created a hornets nest for the original MPIX deal. If the original MPIX deal wasn't amended we would be going down the same path of destruction. Since Diante knows Chuck and Roxanna over the years I'm of the opinion that his asscociate Wayne Kalish who was instrumental in restating 2011 year end results along with QI & Q2 fins of this year made it a requirement to amend the merger. This is good news for MPIX shareholders as I see it. Think back to the Gilman Metals, and Unitell deals of late 2011, along with the J.V. with Churchill Lloyd announced earlier this year. They were all cancelled. There were months of planning for these deals, yet they didn't materialize. It's a good thing IMO they didn't take place, otherwise we may have been deeper into the hornets nest. The J.V. was cancelled right after Diante became President. I can only speculate, but since Diante became involved over the last couple of years with Roxanna's companies, and became aware of the more than 17,500 music library of original masters, his desire to see it had to be there. Remember, he was involved with the Russian Archive of classical music that was discovered a couple of decades ago. He said it was worth hundreds of millions of dollars, only to have their government step in to create havoc for him and others. He doesn't have that situation with Roxanna's library. He can do with it as he pleases. He has Roxanna's permission. She knows he's the right person to distribute it. He's got the connections needed. They make a great team! As you can see, there are many projects in the works. I'm not sure if you're aware of them, and if you're not you should go to a link I will provide to check it out. These are legendary people of the past, and I can hardly wait to see it through. Think about how well theses " Pass it On " projects will be received? Couple that with the newest developments and you will see progress being made by the company. Back to the library for a moment. Diante clearly stated that Roxanna's library had the largest selection of Big Bands that he ever saw. He said that distribution would be in Asia, Holland, Germany, France, and England. The man knows, because he had success in the past with the Russian Archive over seas. I'm very pleasd to have him leading the charge. The latest PR is great for any financial needs that the company may need. You may recall a PR mentioning opening an office in Atlanta? I see this happening in due time, if they so choose. I realize at times they may need to switch a play as in football, but Diante did bring in the Advisory Board to see things through. I'm a happy shareholder just waiting for the company to be built in the right way. This takes time, but for me it's worth it.
