I find myself just plain baffled by the total lack

I find myself just plain baffled by the total lack of movement in TYTN. Starting to wonder if trading isn't locked out for the RS. Never heard of that before but nothing else makes any sense.

There is almost always someone who wants out and someone who wants in. I just don't get it!
