I can't see how shareholders, that are holding 90 percent of the float wouldn't be aware of the notice. We have not traded that much volume since we went below .003, which means that the majority of the float was bought well above that, with the pps being down since then, I can not imagine share holders not checking for news/information/filings weekly if not daily. Enough time has passed for this information to have made it around. If we count up what the longs on this board are holding, I do not think it reaches even 50 percent of the entire float, so I honestly believe there are very strong insiders that are holding because they know of something we do not know of just yet. Robert hasn't said a peep about this, he hasn't tried to calm nerves, he hasn't tried to pump. That alone makes me feel that something big is brewing, and its not a global lock. The filing was made on November 25th, a monday. We are all very well aware that the notice is sent to the company, over night mail, with a 20 day period for the company to respond and fight the potential. So, today is the 11th, if the company received the notice on the 25th (which is all we can assume at this point), then I can only assume that the due day for everything is sunday the 15th of december (that being 20 days from the 25th), If they mean 20 business days (which I can't find that wording anywhere), then the final day is friday the 20th. Unless of course they get an extension, of 10 more days. But either way, I feel that next week we find out. With the potential for a global lock to happen at any moment, you'd think people would be selling in 10-50 million blocks right now, trying to get anything they can for their shares, but its exactly the opposite, today I see a bid of 7 million, and an ask for 2million, what I see, is very very very few wanting to actually sell.
