For what i see,no real panic on sndy.usualy when t

For what i see,no real panic on sndy.usualy when threat like global lock was at horizon,people sell by large volume.it is not the case here.i don t know if people are not aware or many investor know something ....like prefered share for 70000$ bought few days ago. What s your tough about this.? I hope i clear in my explanation.
