they'll want it closer to the $5 mark for uplisting imo. IMO once the get rolling with the filings to the fda it could happen. a decent result on kev may even be enough to push it. Big pharma wants to see it in black and white, not just a press release. Once the pps is better the uplisting would just be a matter of acceptance, an easy transition imo.
