STATESVILLE, N.C., Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTC markets: BBDA) (BeBevCo), a developer, manufacturer and marketer of Relaxation drinks and energy products announced today that the company has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with a North East-based Beverage company.
The company has signed an exclusive distribution agreement to cover Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Additionally, the partnership allows the company's flagship products KOMA Unwind and POTENCIA Energy to be distributed through the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island.
It's projected that this partnership will generate $10,000,000 or more in sales and revenue annually.
BeBevCo's subsidiary BeBevCo of New York will transition its current jobbers and smaller independent distributors to the new partnership. This partnership will allow BeBevCo and its brand managers the opportunity to focus on increased brand awareness and sales.
