Your stages and lessons post is very valuable and much appreciated.........I hope it is okay but I have been quoting your post about how to go about keeping boards out of the control of bashers to folks through PM on ihub who respond to Eleniak and other bashers. Maybe eventually it will get back to a healthy balance for EWSI over there.
