On Jan. 10, 2011, Charles Irizarry signed an agreement to pay undance Gold Ltd 20,000,000 shares prior to Jan. 11, 2013 and to make a down payment of $25,000 to Sundance for the rights to earn 70% of all profits from the Dolly Varden claims after VKMD spent $2,000,000 in mineral exploration work.
The first $500,000 was to be spent prior to June 10, 2011 or the agreement was void.
VKMD didn't have $2M or or even the $25,000 down payment so the funds were borrowed from Byron Hampton with an agreement that he could convert the $25,000 into VKMD shares at $.001 per share.
VKMD never spent any money exploring the property and in Jan of 2012, after a 6 month extension, the properties were lost.
