Filings were all after the lawsuits' initiation. Citing a JV with a litigant would be a bold move IMO, not to mention stupid. Recall the mention made to me of them going public and being involved in an iron ore sands project. I don't know who or where.
I also encourage everyone to carefully read/reread the linked document. Some game plan IMO.
