Ok if the partner is Vonage as they claim and there is a significant event that happened that will be on 8k, has the partnership happened yet bc per sec requirement, it has to be filed within 4 days. That's what I'm saying. Does partnership become valid on a certain date that hasn't came yet? Vonage holding the cards??? Tweets still vague.
