Duncansdad - Exactly right, great point! It is obvious that early this year THC Scientific knew about RFMK and the "CannaCig", because RFMK obviously approached them about using some of their tech for use in the CannaCig device but then sometime early in the year decided to instead use HexCorp to design, manufacture and produce the CannaCig device from scratch (version 2) which left Gary Bay out in the cold. Awwww, boo hoo. 
Now I guess it's time for Gary boy to pout. Well, before he knows it, instead of giving RFMK a frivolous legal hassle, it may just backfire with the law putting Gary boy in time-out!
