key components en route in this order *imo*
financing / i won't be surprised if in place by eoy
BoD (1 or 2)/ my take in Jan 2014
3's audit / my take by late Jan/early Feb 2014
Balance of BoD seated/ my take by May 2014
sale of 4 or 5 (or both) my take *transaction completed* by June 2014
John's passion always conveys >> but what this *science* challenged
investor so admires is his ability to take the complex and make
it more basic so that one's eyes don't glaze over
the detail given today was just what investors needed across multiple levels including updates on 3 and 4/5
they are clearly reducing cash burn and the residue left from prior mgmt
should not be a factor by the eoy (mere weeks)
RH is a no nonsense Ceo who has been an investor as long as i have
i also appreciate his work ethic and his not taking a salary since mid August
one sets by example >> ALWAYS
personally i believe JBI will be CFP by the eo the first Q 2014
i also appreciated the input on the side letter
but mostly what i appreciated were the details given re: 3
the worst case 1500 per hour to the best case (JB on floor) of 2700 per hour
to the clearly stated goal of 3000 per hour >> begets *PROOF OF CONCEPT*
an audit (SAIC mentioned for prior) that is publicly released (8k)
is imo on tap
======
i would just like to remind all that the early adopter in this emerging sector that is successful >> is the 800 pound goriall
this is generational wealth being created with PoC and the sale of just one proc
early investors in JBI were VCs .. the oppty in play *here* is beyond rare
there is no one here who would have turned down to be an early investor in any 800 pound gorilla in an emerging sector
i want to thank all JBI employees for wearing (most likely) 3 or 4 hats every day ..
i was unable to watch the last hour today but based on input from another i trust implicitly
====
it appeared that the PRIMARY MM was left (in their words) hung out to dry
let's see what mgmt files next >> (financing?)
and for those who've asked me >> i would love to see the company buy back (even a token amount) of JBII shares at this level
whether that comes to pass (or not) remains to be seen
Kudos to all who understand the *challenges* and the potential
