Responses ( received tonight ) to some questions I posed to Mr. Ehrlich earlier tonight ......
Questions :
1. At the end of last year we got a letter from you ….can we expect one this year ?
Yes. The timing most likely will be before the end of January.
2. Will any INDA’s be announced by the end of the year ?
Per my press release , we expect to have two IRB submissions in December. For ABSSSI, the IND is active. The IND for Prurisol will be filed after IRB approval.
3. If no letter by the end of this year is planned, should we expect the JP Morgan conference to be the NEXT update ?
I hope to inform shareholders on IRB status or approval and the start of at least one trial before then.
4. Will there be more definitive information on the Kevetrin trial /results at DF as well as Cohort 7 planned dosage levels provided at the JP Morgan conference ?
Yes
5. Would you expect to have any remarks about the meetings under “confidentially agreement “ by the JP Morgan conference ?
I cant discuss this at this time.
6. Would you expect to have any remarks about the Board of Directors or up listing by the JP Morgan conference ?
We need a consistent share price above $2. Then we will put together the other pieces necessary to meet the requirements.
7. Will Cellceutix be presenting at 2014 ASCO in Chicago ?
We hope to.
8. Are you excited about 2014 ….I can answer this one ( for me too ) ! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !
