I called him out on that today.
Me - "I thought we had an offer from someone the other day threatening to sell hard on the bid at .04 if it dropped that low.
NM - "Yep that was me. But I gave my word to hold until my phone meeting with Susan tomorrow. And if I don't like the answers I get then WSC will be selling."
