For all to review. A post from a person very close to EWSI (rockojjj). I'm sure PhredG knows who this is. Anyway, what he says regarding TCA potentially hedging their loan with a short position is realistic. However, we won't know the details of the deal until the 8K is filed. Anyway, here's his post. It does make sense which could mean an explosive move up if they weren't the ones covering today if and when hvy buying pressure comes into the issue and drives the PPS up.

TCA Global always gets shares to do deals. They call them commitment shares. They always hedge those shares in the market. So, keep up the buying and they will eventually have to cover and go long. That's the bad news .
The good news. They are financing 2TRG which, from what I have read, will double EWSI's revs. "
