I'd like to entertain that question. Please understand that this is just mindless speculation.

The first sentence basically explains it:

"IC Places (OTC QB: ICPA) is pleased to announce they have hired one of the forerunners of Reality TV, Joel Friedman to executive produce/show run their new EzVip series for the Punch Television Network. "

Obviously this guy has probably done this once or twice before so I know I would be pretty comfortable letting this guy run the show too. Perhaps he's trying to build an ezvip show brand and he has set certain paramaters that icpa and ezvip have to follow to make it a SMASH.

This show isn't some random garbage like jersey shore, it will actually have bonafide celebrities make appearances when they are partying so I guess the rules of the game are different.

That or it could simply just be an agreement between our people and advertisers or 3rd parties with vested interests.
