Nobody ever said the oil patch was a level playing ground, that's why treaty tried at first to be a self contained unit, driller, operator, owner.
That idea got blown to shreds early...rent a driller, borrow an operator,help the owner
Now it seems like treaty realizes that was not such a bad idea .
