Found it Dec 2012. I used it as a flip until they proved they could acquire talent and increase revs. Red flags were abundant late 2012 into early 2013. Then, all of a sudden, one deal after another was inked...and all of the red flags vaporized.
EWSI is the real deal, but more importantly, they have proven that they can execute on this plan. Zero to 15 - 20M gross revs speaks louder than anything! Prudent management of their capital structure is evident as they have executed smartly with little to no cash available for transactions. Now that 2TRG is closed, and other organic revenue streams continue to grow, I think we may see dilution slow dramatically. The TCA Global 5M LOC is very exciting indeed and will help fuel growth even faster!!
