Great chart analysis. Company IMO did the correct thing by releasing their 2TRG acquisition news Mon pre-market. While this was somewhat expected, the deal is huge for EWSI moving forward as they have once again demonstrated their ability to acquire assets at a discount to short term value.
TCA Global 5M LOC confirmed in this PR. Provides much needed flexibility to close deals. The 8K on this deal should be filed this week (they have four business days to file after deal completion).
IMO Fundamental growth on EWSI's balance sheet is rare in the OTC. 2014 run rate, without any additional deals is conservative 30M now that 2TRG is on board. But, the pipeline remains full, so I completely expect significant organic growth and acquisitive growth to continue.
If EWSI's PPS can approach and hold 20 - 30 range, then it's lights out for deals that will quickly turn this company into a billion dollar gross rev generating machine. JMHO of course.
Stock definitely needs to reverse current trading pattern and close hard above the 10SMA. The 10 is barely 3 ticks above the 50. Games, games, and more games currently abound in this issue from at least one trading group. IMO they can be managed effectively right now if some larger money enters the issue and starts moving it slowly back into the high 06s and low 07s with following bid support. There should be a continuing stream of positive announcements from the company to support such a move.
