Carl J. Conte (43) - Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Conte has over 15 years of Corporate development experience for start-up, small, and mid-sized companies with emphasis on the structuring of mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances, managing and developing procedures to increase sales and market share, improve margins, manage costs, and maximize asset utilization.
Mr. Conte has an extensive background in investor relations, interfacing with market makers and related investment groups. Mr. Conte also has an accomplished background in estate and tax planning, life insurance, annuity programs, retirement strategies and corporate exit strategies for business owners.
Joseph Daleo Jr. (47) – Chief Operations Officer, Vice President, Director & Founder
Mr. Daleo currently serves as a Vice President of 7 Star Entertainment Inc, and has held this position from June 2011 to present day. Mr. Daleo previously served as CEO and President of 7 Star Entertainment, Inc from June 2006 to May 2011. Mr. Daleo also currently holds the office of President of VirtuServ, Inc. as has been President since its inception back in May of 2004. Previously, Mr. Daleo was CEO and President of World Dot Com, Inc., a New York Corporation from January 1997 to January 2000. World Dot Com, Inc. was merged into TotalVISP, Inc. in 2000 and Mr. Daleo continued to hold the office of President in that surviving entity until March of 2004. Mr. Daleo owned and operated a New York/New Jersey based construction company from 1983 to 1995.
Mr. Daleo founded 7 Star Entertainment after more than fifteen years of management in Internet-related businesses. While employed at Planet Net Media from 1995 to 1997, he became involved with development, sales, marketing, and the programming of Web Sites. His experience has enabled him to remain in the forefront of internet technology. Currently Mr. Daleo is President of VirtuServ, Inc., which provides hosting and bandwidth services to 7 Star Entertainment. Mr. Daleo is also President of CableVid, Inc. a technology based “Cell Phone to CableTV” company.
Sreenath K. Reddy Esq., LLM (35) – Founder. Vice President, Director
Mr. Reddy currently serves as a Vice President of 7 Star Entertainment Inc, and has held this position from June 2011 to present day. Mr. Reddy has previously worked in private practice as an attorney for the past 8 years. Mr. Reddy previously held positions with Roth Reddy and Associates, as a Partner and Attorney, from 2008 to present day and with Todd Roth P.A,. as an attorney, from 2004 to 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Reddy served as an Assistant to the In House Counsel for LNR in 2004, as an Assistant to the In House Counsel for City National Bank in 2003, and as an Intern for the SEC from 2002-2003.
In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Reddy has over 8 years experience as a real estate investor. Since 2004 Mr. Reddy has been involved in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate primarily in the Las Vegas and Arizona markets. He is currently a licensed attorney in the State of Florida. Mr. Reddy received a B.A. from Emory University in 2000, a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2003, and a LLM from University of Miami School of Law in 2004.
David Flor (41) – Vice President of Programming
Mr. Flor is an experienced programmer, bringing with him twenty years of experience in software development, database design, and database administration. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Computer Science and Engineering, he has implemented extensive software development for major corporations including IBM, Citicorp, Burger King, and MasterCard. He was one of the senior software developers on the Canvas graphics package by Deneba Software. He was the game designer and lead developer of "The Opera" add-on for Half-Life, which has contributed over one million downloads on numerous websites since its release in 2003. His experience in popular web technologies includes, ASP, ASP.NET, Java, HTML, .NET Framework, core development (C/C++, C#), and SQL Server design and administration.
