Community National Bank Celebrates Record Year at Annual Chairman's VIP Celebration

MELVILLE, N.Y., Dec. 9, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- To celebrate record growth and earnings, Community National Bank (OTC: CBNY), the fastest-growing commercial community bank in the New York tri-state area, hosted their Annual Chairman's Dinner for Directors and VIP Clients December 5 at the Engineers Country Club in Roslyn Harbor.

With more than 160 people in attendance, this was a momentous occasion for the bank and a way to say thank you to those who have contributed to its success.

Bank chairman, president and CEO, Stuart H. Lubow, presided over the affair, led the festivities and welcomed important guests to this special celebration.

Mr. Lubow noted that Community National Bank grew deposits more than 25% and loans more than 30% in 2013, pushing the bank past $800 million in assets. He thanked all the people in the room for contributing to that extraordinary growth, and stressed "it's only possible because of our focus on relationships."

The evening's program featured Master of Ceremonies, Ellis Henican, a Newsday writer and Fox News contributor. Mr. Henican introduced special guest Dana Perino, Press Secretary to former United States President George W. Bush and current co-host of Fox News' The Five. Mr. Henican conducted a living room chair interview with Miss Perino, and then invited questions from the audience.  The audience was thrilled to hear Miss Perino's perspective on her time in the White House, the media, key issues facing the nation and both the 2014 and 2016 upcoming elections.

2014 will see continued expansion for Community National Bank of New York as it continues to add to its branch network.
