Then stop crying about Bull's posts and put him on ignore and/or do your own focking DD rather than rely on Bull's messages that seem to bring you disappointment!  You bitch about me "crying" and yet your crying yourself about Bull!  Are you also a hypocrite?  Have you called or emailed headquarters and asked the tough questions.  TECO is moving ahead albeit slow but I think 2014 will be their year and send the PPS into .10-.20 territory. 
Nobody in their right mind would be happy with this PPS unless they bought a million of those past .008's or are of the mindset to average down quite a bit.  I'll complain and vent all I want about the PPS and past PR's and false starts  but it doesn't mean that I don't foresee good things for TECO based on what I learned late last week and/or just today.  It's a dynamic world out there and some of what I'm hearing probably has a much better shot this time around than in the past. My expectations are always in check.  I lost $35K on PLNI back in 2006.  That stock provided all the hopes and dreams that TECO implies. Due to that experience I don't wear rose colored glasses and I hold my over-exuberance in check if you can't tell from my past posts.
