Winner - the lesson i take from this is that despite the information these individuals post (Bull, Blind, etc.) and despite the manner they post (as if they are some authority on TECO operations) you should take what they say with a grain of salt - at the end of the day we have know way of knowing the inner relatonships these folks have with the company. 

At the end of the day it's all about oil production and well we know that story as it relates to TECO
