The final rankings of the "Best Places to Work in New York City" were unveiled at a Crain's New York Business luncheon on December 6 and published in the magazine's December 9 issue. Crain's New York Business, in partnership with independent research firm Best Company Group, selected this year's 75 winners based on the results of a confidential employee-driven survey. Employees evaluated their companies in areas such as benefits, mission, policies, and opportunities advancements. The survey also covered organizational leadership, planning, culture, training and development, and overall employee satisfaction.
