Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Markets: HTSC), a holding company that is positioning itself as a leader in the solid waste management and environmental services industry, as well as a Software as a Service (SAAS) development company, today announced that it has completed its long awaited two-year financial audit and will file a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register HTSC's shares of common stock this week.
A copy of the Form 10 will be available by visiting the SEC's website (http://www.sec.gov) under the filer name Here To Serve Holding Corp. no later than Wednesday, December 11th, 2013.
