Agios at AP1 is odd and yet makes sense in other ways
odd because AP1 is cabotage terminal- which means domestic transfers within Mexico only, and I think the customs is at entrance to EIT terminal-which is the export import terminal-yet we know Agios came from China, presumably with an incoming load
but theres a lot more room for bulk storage at API ,so they may have set up a special customs for the iron
with their ever increasing emphasis/ advertising for containers, that would make sense,as they probably dont want to tie up that much of EIT w, in their opinion, 2nd class citizen bulk
thus before I learned API was cabotage I wondered why the port didnt use API 1 for iron, since theres so much room to store iron there
