Grillit Inc. ( GRLT ) operates two fast service casual dining restaurants in the south Florida area. Its menu is a diverse cross between Noodles and Company ( NDLS ) and Chipotle Mexican Grill ( CMG ). The company refers to themselves as a Latin-Caribbean fusion restaurant serving fast casual, healthy, nutritious food such as rice bowls, pasta and wraps and salads. It claims to use locally grown produce and fresh proteins, and promise a comfortable dining environment. It recently entered into an agreement to retrofit an existing eatery in the proximity of the University of Miami, which would be its third corporate operated store.
