BTW... If people look at our first filings with the sec, we talk about Graystone who took us public.  It was a long time ago but was fulling disclosed because they assisted us in going public. This was no secret.  There was public filings and many press releases about our relationship.

About the employment agreement which Collins says was signed only by me.  Please note the signature above mine on the signature pages of my employment agreement which was signed by Eddie Spade.  On the next page signature of David Gray. Three of us signed my agreement not just me.  If he outright lied about the agreement only having one signature, what else did he lie about?
