The longer shareholders or investors can wait the more likely they will be able to buy 10X-100X the shares for the same price.
But I suspect that eventually they wont want to purchase shares at any price. Maybe TECO will be able to put all those shares to good use and plug their dry holes with them.
So apparently Belize is now abandoned by Treaty which leaves many who originally invested based on the fake oil strike up the creek without a paddle.
Management just keeps drilling shareholders and making hilarious excuses for their incompetence. I think I found a word that accurately depicts this class of management;
Bull-Tard
The opposite of a docile tard, a bull tard is person who is both retarded* and extremely aggressive. Often possesses "tard strength." This person would rather fight you than talk it out; would rather use violence than intellect; would rather use brute force than finesse.
