That's great news. The guy hasn't been able to complete anything down there anyway, irregardless whether it is his fault or not having access to the needed expertise. No operations means no bleeding money down there. Its getting better all the time. Now if the weather would just straighten up in Texas, maybe this train could get moving. Screw Belize
