Part of your question I can answer. The ASCC sale did not result in a windfall for EVDR. MMG told me some time ago that the money that was recieved was a "pass through". On the order of a home that you would own that would be worth a million dollars, but you had it mortgaged for that amount. Where did the money pass through to is my question? They have been very coy about that sale of ASSC, which is one of the red flags, and I imagine one of the reasons the stock is trading where it is at. I heard at one one time that VIsisys part that EVDR had merged with had revenues of 4 milliion per year. Hopefully they give us some indication soon... IMO anyone who believes that EVDR has merged with a company that is producing $140 million dollars in annual revenue is either naive, or on something. I believe that EVDR has good potential, however I also dont want to delude myself with irrational thinking. Sign some contracts, give stockholders a heads up on what is going on.. don't bull shit us and I will be happy to give them time to get things together.
