Z06MAN - Yes, I agree, we longs have waited for a year or over a year for real revenues to begin to support this micro cap start up company instead of sitting idle and watching the O/S move from 800M shares to 1.3B shares, however so far we have gotten something inbetween. By that I mean we have seen the company entirely cleaned up and cleaned out by the new CEO T Allinder, a real product which is an innovation, real marketing and exposure by Cheryl S, as well as all debt and liabilities paid off (via dilution), however we have also seen the O/S rise substantially over that time as well, so it is not all bad but it is not all good. I think the CEO has a solid business plan and I think a major positive that not many discuss is the addition of the consultant from a successful beverage start up (I think we all can guess who it might be); this really shows me anyway that the CEO has a real plan and is serious about growing the business which is great for shareholders. The main problem has been the year long never-ending dilution. I realize all that we have gotten back from the dilution that has occured and it is all wonderful however dilution is dilution and loyal shareholders since the beginning of the year have had to double, triple and quadruple their stake in the company to just keep the investment from dwindling into the vapor cloud that is the never-ending supply of shares that seem to keep on flooding into the RFMK marketplace. This I think is primarily what is hurting shareholders.
It does take a micro cap start up a long time to ramp up revenues, especially with a shell already in debt and many old insiders and pref share holders looking to dump at any price a year later, so patience by shareholders is needed, but at the same time, we have waited and it has been nearly a year now. Then again, in that year the quality of this company has completely turned around because of the CEO, he has taken the reigns and put this company on a real growth path. NOW, it's time to realize some of those goals that are binary, like filing of the 10K, like the announcement of the audit actually already having been completed, like seeing the announcement that the filings to the SEC to get on the OTCBB have been sent and later getting a quote for the stock and it is indeed trading on the OTCBB. I think once investors can see that these things have been accomplished and on top of that, revenues begin to show on the balance sheet, kind of like how MJNA has done over the year, investors will flock to RFMK. For now, it is still all up in the air, the promises and plan is all great and the accomplishments thus far are stellar however investors, of course, always need and want more. It is real money we put into buying stock in a company so I dont think its too much to ask for basic transparency and SEC filings or for the O/S to remain static for longer than a single month.
It is very simple, for me personally, these are the scenarios for me in the next 6 months in RFMK. I plan to...
SELL .. if ... 6 months from now ... stock is still not on OTCBB or audit still not complete or O/S increases to 2B or A/S increases or 10K not filed or quarterly reports show operating losses and very little revenues. Buh bye..
HOLD .. if ... 6 months from now ... sell conditions have been achieved and revenues light but growing steadily or stock price and volume is healthy or product marketing and exposure still light but growing. Ok..
BUY .. if ... 6 months from now ... hold conditions have been met and revenues are exploding and operating cash is growing or stock price and volume is exploding or product line selling like hotcakes across the nation. Good!
Do or do not, there is no try.
