Guts - Many thanks for the kind words. At some point this evening, I may respond to CHP's latest response to me, but it appears fairly harmless to stand uncontended for now. One thing that would help my response is that if Celts and the others who part of CHP's alleged P&D group give me some ammo. Specifically, it would be helpful to know from all of you the following: (1) how many shares you received from the company versus how many you purchased from your hard-earned money, (2) whether you purchased any shares during the pump in June and July and held through the dump, (3) whether your are still holding everything or at least the vast majority, (4) your intentions as each of your tranches vest and events that would make you dump your shares, (5) whether you gave your contacts notice in advance that you were being compensated to promote the company, and if not, why didn't you give notice and in hindsight do you think that you should have, (6) have any of your contacts lost trust in you after reading the 10Q and the iHub posts from Flyers, Malc, and CHP or are they still hanging tough and happy you brought them to this great opportunity, and (7) anything else you can tell me to refute CHP's P&D opinions.

I know some of my requests may be a bit sensitive, but I believe all of this should be laid out on the table. Feel free to PM me with your answers, which I will keep private and confidential. I just need a general sense from you guys in order to articulate a good response. And my apologies if any of my questions offend any of you. That's not my intent. We are all on the same side here.
