I agree that something must change here - it's the "pumping" from the longs - for all of the "Green Xmas'" and "Double Poundings" that have been pumped on this board what has it done for actual oil production???

Referencing the TRRC reports you wouldn't think much...

I certainly appreciate Bull's efforts but you'd think a tsunami of oil were headed towards TECO's coffers and well that just simply isn't the case (or hasn't been anyway).
