( EVDR ) 529 Million Share Buyback From Majority Shareholder June 6, 2011 Evader, Inc. management announces steps to reduce the number of outstanding shares by more than 529 M. These are restricted shares being purchased from a majority shareholder. The current outstanding share structure of  EVDR sits currently at 880 M. This will be reduced by 529 M shares to be approximately 351 M outstanding shares. The authorized shares will remain undisturbed at 980 M This purchase and share reduction to the new outstanding shares of 351 M will consist of about 237 M free trading shares and 114 M restricted shares.

This means the float of  EVDR is about 237M shares which is very low for a stock at this price level!
