I can't give a date because it's not up to just us.
Whenever we complete our draft and submit it for review, the auditors may send it back. This process is typical of any company that goes through an audit. We prepare our financials and the auditors review it and either accept the document or require us to make adjustments/changes based on their recommendations. When the document is finalized, we release it immediately.
We want to release our financials as much as you guys, but until the document receives the auditor's blessings, it cannot be released.
