I haven't had time to study it, but very generic. Of course they have do not have any revenues in the mix from the mergers. The good news is that the A/S has remained the same, and they are now current with the OTC. That should be good for an increase in the pps by itself, removes doubt of dillution. It is about what I would have expected since they were not generating much if any revenues during that time period.
This needs to be followed up with PR's concerning contracts from mergers, outlook etc.
