I completely agree with your assessment except that you should focus on float rather than S/O. Based on the holdings of insiders, as well as very large investors, the float is probably 1/3rd of the s/o. This will be a huge early 2014 play for sure. A ton of money will be made. I expect that float to hold for a year because the large investors do not want to negatively impact the price as well they will hold for the completion of the year one plan of 3-4 cities and as many planes, then it loosens a little bit. When Certification is receieved and revenues start to record, there willo be a tremendous spike.
Unfortunately- the FAA has them in lockdown for news and PR
