Coal Reserves (Mineable Coal)

2 Huge Claims with OVER 125,000,000 Tons Valued @ $11,000,000,000 with current prices at approximately $90.00/Ton....

Liberty has closed an equity placement of $9,196,500.00 (Nine million, One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand, Five Hundred dollars) with 10 institutional accredited investors, through its equity advisor Catwalk Capital, LLC. Ed Morrow, CEO of Liberty Coal Energy had this to say, "This funding provides Liberty Coal the financial capability to complete its plan on the Owsley County, Kentucky coal property and to make additional acquisitions to grow its business plan. We are grateful to Catwalk Capital for their diligence and aid in the acquisition of this capital facility."

The recoverable thermal coal resource on the Owsley project is in excess of 5.7 million tons. 3.5 million tons are recoverable with surface and highwall mining, and an additional 2.2 million tons are recoverable by underground deep mining. Owsley resources have a sales value in excess of $300 million over 10 years of planned production.

Also as of September 2012

The Company has agreed to purchase 1,000 acres of surface property at $600,000 surface mineable coal, (3.6 million tons at $.75/ton), underground coal rights (2.2 million tons at $.20/ton) and the discharge of a first mortgage due a former owner of $150,000 for a total purchase price of $3,890,000. The total is payable through a combination of cash, a promissory note and Liberty Coal common shares.

6,000,000 @ $90.00 is $54,000,000.00

The Potential is Huge

If all the COAL was mined the PPS would easily surpass $1.00, but more realistically Multi Dollars is possible over Long Term.
