It is advisable to have your documentation ready but, waiting for the S1 will make the transaction easier at Wilson- Davis. At this point, I don't see a need to rush. Personally, I am waiting for the underwriter. Good luck to those who feel the need to rush to the exit. I am looking to the new year with CDFT. Thank you Mr. DeRoos!
