An Old Indian was filling out the Obama-care documents in person, and had a question for the staff,
"you want my wifes 'Given-name' or Indian name?"...The said Given-name first, Indian name second.
He wrote, "Mellisa", then "Three-horse"...
The staff looked and asked if there were some special significance to the name "Three-Horse", He said no, just the usual...
