Management is inexperienced and excitable. They do have a lot of vibrancy, big ideas, and apparent dedication. Yes, follow through is critical. The hope is that they are learning to under-promise and over-deliver. Certainly the relationships formed with BBio and 400 collectives bespeak their skill set. There is a big web of connections that suggest these guys are on the ball and ready. Tightening up their game will be a nice thing to watch develop.
