The wells are delayed because we need to engage in a relationship with another operator. They are obviously working on that and once an agreement is made, we are off to drilling again. Someone has to pull the permits and sell the oil for us.
I for one cannot wait until we are our own company again. You gotta dig the wells and sell the oil so we can fix our TRRC issues. If it were me, I'd be going about it as they are. If you put all your money right now into becoming TRRC compliant, there'd be no money to drill. It is the better choice of the two,
