That would be a great question to ask and find the answer to. I am not sure of the guidlines in Texas but in La we have a commingling agreement from the state. If we are pumping these wells into the same tank then we would have to be testing them and not just flowing them. I guess we could shut all the wells in except just one and flow it for 24 hours and gauge the tanks and call that a test but it would be much better run time if we had meters. If we are flowing each well into its own tank then that is a different story.
