Have not been able to find real DD (positive) on "iscam" either. (exception is the current app that is available for download.)

I have done more "searching" than most. Included is trying to verify Clark's self written Bio and his outlandish claims. None have been verified. Good luck there.

I am not being a smartass, but have you tried calling any of these Networks and organizations that Clark has claimed to consulted with or co-founded?

Call Hello channel, Dove Media, talk to the old timers to see if they know who Clark is.
