(OTCBB: SSNT) (OTCQB: SSNT) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, a premier provider of best-of-breed business software solutions and cloud technology services, has closed on a software sale valued at over $1,100,000.
The transaction involves the sale of Sage Software's ERP X3 software and attendant consulting services. The customer is an international footwear manufacturer.

We eclipsed that figure with our very first ERP X3 transaction, in 2012, which was for roughly $700,000. That figure has been shattered yet again by this recent sale.
