MONTREAL, QC--(Marketwired - Dec 2, 2013) - Sunshine Biopharma Inc. (OTCQB: SBFM), a pharmaceutical company focused on the research, development and commercialization of drugs for the treatment of various forms of cancer, today announced that it is re-domiciling the Company in Canada for expansion through acquisitions and to gain access to various financing opportunities available to Canadian corporations. To this end, The Company filed a Schedule 14-C Information Statement on September 16, 2013 and an S-4 Registration Statement on October 23, 2013.
