Industrial Nanotech, Inc. (OTC-PINK:INTK), an emerging global leader in nanotechnology based energy saving solutions, today announced that it has engaged the accounting firm of Hartley Moore Accountancy Corporation, a PCAOB registered firm, to act as its auditor of record for upcoming filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Industrial Nanotech, Inc. CEO Stuart Burchill stated, "Our plan is to complete the process of becoming an SEC exchange act fully reporting Company in early 2014.
