For those of us that have been here for 2 years or more, the Quarterly and Annual Reports have to suffice. "No One Is Selling"
1) This appears to be the only Acclaimed IPTV play in the Americas to date (No One has found another as of yet)
2) We have all observed no apparent "Dilution"
3) They have expended resources to remain current
4) They have teased with the Tweets, None of us are in a position to "Demand Answers" other than Privately.
5) TORQ was real Llc licensed in the state of Utah, the only requirement there is to disperse all proceeds to those having a "Vested Interest" by Dec 31st each year while operating under the registration and license.
6) Sofia Newsome ( A Former JNAP employee) filed the "Article of Disolution" of TORQ as Manager in the state of Utah
7) Simon Hoyle is now the "Sales Manager" of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary "TORQ"
8) THis is not exactly how I would approach Business with P&L Responsibilities, There is more than one right answer to any given equation.
We really are a captive audience at this point, as we have been since we began each of our own investment strategy's. Additionally, they could deliver the 10Q at any point up to the required date of 15 January to remain current. A risk, certainly we have all undertaken hoping for the best possible outcome….I have been searching high and low for another play on IPTV/VOIP and have not found one so far…Believe me, I would share here for those that were interested.
Knowing Mr. McHenrys background, I can identify with the compelling desire to get it out there and grow it into something substantial. Look at Howard and Bernie who both were co workers fired from there Hardware Store Chain and started Home Depot. Roger Smith did not receive a passing grade on a term paper from his Business Professor about delivering packages by airplane as a model that became FEDEX. Jobs and Wozniak with Apple, Bill Gates and Paul Allen with Microsoft There are many more….It all Begins with "Desire and Ability".
It was suggested to just stick it in my back pocket and move on to something else, I did.
